Product Manager - Internal Only

Huboo is a fast-growing ecommerce fulfilment start-up, and as a Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of our product roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise product features, conduct market research to identify customer needs, and drive product development from conception to launch.

The Product Manager will work closely with the operational, customer service, finance and other teams across the UK and Europe to understand requirements, support the structured transfer of business needs into software development teams and to build collaborative working partnerships to ensure Huboo’s engineering teams are always working on the right thing at the right time.

Secondment responsibilities

· Shadow the Product Managers to gain insight into ways of working and approach

· Become part of the Alchemy team who are focused on improving stock integrity both in the architecture and user-facing products

· Maintain the product roadmap and backlog within your team’s remit

· Work closely with stakeholders in the wider business to keep them consulted and informed throughout development

· Gathering product requirements either through working directly with our clients, business stakeholders, product managers etc.

· Dive into data and insights from a variety of sources to provide actionable insights to the product roadmap

· Analyse themes of feedback and input to P&T to drive prioritisation of the backlog/ roadmap for current and upcoming Seasons

· Collaborate with the development team and Scrum Master to ensure that products and features are developed and launched at the right time to compliment business activities/ ways of working

· Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, balancing conflicting requirements and staying true to prioritising the most valuable work at the time

· Engage with the business, sharing comms responsibilities amongst the Product Managers to promote new features and increase user adoption

· Work as part of an agile team to deliver increments of product value, ensure requirements are met with evidence to show how

· Communicate effectively and constructively, always looking for the best outcome for Huboo

Contribute to and execute a product strategy that aligns with Huboo's business goals and vision

· Work closely with the wider team to maintain product roadmaps and backlogs by conducting validation and discovery activities

· Gathering product requirements either through working directly with the customer, business stakeholders and other Product Managers to identify business value

· Evaluate product value in order to drive prioritisation

· Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer needs and market trends

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritise product features and releases

· Engage with the wider business to understand potential challenges and opportunities

· Work with the engineering team(s) to ensure that products are developed and launched on time and to the highest quality standards

· Work alongside Business Analysts to understand the problem, help define and communicate product requirements to the development team, ensuring that they are well understood and implemented

· Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product features and user experience

· Engage with the business to promote new features and increase user adoption

· Track metrics for product performance identifying problems where they occur

· Work as part of an agile team to deliver increments of product value, ensure requirements are met with evidence to show how

· May lead functional projects or workstreams within projects

· Communicate effectively and constructively, always looking for the best outcome for Huboo

Experience required:

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager

· Experience implementing product management tools and techniques, such as user research, vision setting, roadmap creation, prioritisation methods, A/B testing or other experimental technique, and analytics.

· Experience and excellent knowledge of agile software development

· Comfortable building strong relationships with any team – technical or not

· Outstanding written and oral communication skills at all levels of the organisation

· Excellent time management and organisational skills

· Ability to convey product value and direction to other stakeholders and interested parties

· Can demonstrate leadership qualities and willingness to lead by example

· Ability to escalate where necessary and understand business impact
