Job Description:
You will lead the activation and onboarding experience for a high-growth consumer wellness platform. By leveraging growth hacking techniques and data-driven experimentation, you will optimize user acquisition funnels and drive retention. Working alongside engineers and designers, you will translate qualitative and quantitative insights into seamless, high-impact product features for a global audience.

What you will do:

• Design and implement tailored onboarding funnels that align marketing positioning with the in-app user experience across multiple acquisition channels.

• Lead the entire feature development lifecycle from ideation and user research to technical implementation and post-launch analysis.

• Define and monitor product success metrics, employing A/B testing and growth design principles to optimize conversion and activation rates.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience scaling B2C mobile applications within the health, wellness, social, or gaming sectors.

• Demonstrated expertise in developing app-onboarding experiences and utilizing quantitative data to drive product strategy.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers in a fast-paced environment.
