Product Manager - Ops Tech | £55,000 - £62,000 + 10% Bonus | Hybrid (London - Vauxhall, 2 Days/Week)

We're working with a fast-growing, mission-led scaleup in the food & sustainability space. They're changing the way people think about food waste-and they're building the tech to make it happen.

They're on the hunt for a Product Manager with a strong background in operations-focused digital products to help scale their internal systems. Think supply chain, procurement, logistics-and all the tech that keeps things running behind the scenes.

You'll be joining a close-knit product & data team, focused on building and improving internal platforms like their in-house order management system. The business has recently launched a second version of their marketplace, and the next major milestone is researching and implementing an off-the-shelf ERP.

You'll need to balance strategy and delivery, collaborating with engineers, data, ops and suppliers-bringing just enough structure to a fast-paced, mission-led environment.

• Experience with internal tooling, operations tech, supply chain, procurement, or logistics platforms

• Exposure to ERP systems or a mix of build vs buy product strategy

• Able to work closely with engineers (no coding required, just fluency in the language of delivery)

• Marketplace, eCommerce or subscription experience ideal (SaaS and fintech less relevant)

• Bonus: experience with tools like Looker or Snowflake

• £55,000 - £62,000 base salary

• 10% annual bonus
