Product Manager/Co-ordinator

The Company:
This organisation are a well-established DIY manufacturer with over 6000 products brought to market. They are looking to recruit a Product Manager to sit within their Marketing department and assist with new product development.

The Role:

• The development, introduction and marketing of new products.
• Writing technically accurate copy
• Proof-reading product manuals
• Briefing designers regarding packaging design
• Co-ordinating between different teams to ensure all departments have accurate information and are working to agreed timescales
• Preparation of Marketing Campaigns, such as developing brochures or single page releases to support product launches or promotions.
• Research into key markets for relevant product categories
• Reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• This role is 100% office based.

The Person:

• Experience working within a similar role within marketing or new product development of physical products.
• Copy writing/Proof-reading experience
• Ideally have experience of technical specifications
• Able to work autonomously
• Highly organised, able to plan and meet deadlines
• Able to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.

Package:

• Salary circa £40,000 DOE
• Subsidised lunch
