Key Responsibilities
- GTM Launch Plans & Releases
- Own and project manage comprehensive product launch communications plans across multiple product lines.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer, and Data teams to define GTM approach and channel mix by customer segment.
- Coordinate product release timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and launch goals are achieved.
- Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to deliver impactful sales enablement sessions and materials.
- Manage the creation and delivery of customer-facing product roadmaps and training sessions to ensure sales teams are equipped to win.
- ICP & Persona Messaging
- Develop and own the messaging framework and GTM playbook for all GTM teams and markets.
- Ensure consistent, compelling persona-based messaging across all communications and channels.
- GTM Collateral
- Take full ownership of marketing and sales collateral from ideation to execution, including battlecards, product sheets, website product pages, demo library, and sales slide decks.
- Work alongside Marketing to ensure all assets reflect brand guidelines and product positioning.
- Integration Partners
- Collaborate with integration partners to define and communicate joint GTM plans and technical specifications for both internal and external audiences.
- Support partner marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns.

- Analytical & Creative : Ability to use data and customer insights to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy.
- Technical Proficiency : Comfortable navigating product specs and technical documentation; able to translate features into benefits for different audiences.
