Job Description - Product Marketing Manager

Monday to Friday
9am - 5pm

Join our client as a Product Marketing Manager!

If you're a commercially driven strategist with a passion for product performance and market success, this is the opportunity for you.

In this key role, you'll lead product marketing initiatives and drive commercial growth—delivering against ambitious targets through strategic ownership of the full marketing mix: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Drive business unit plans to meet KPIs, reporting results, and in-depth commercial analysis.
Lead and optimise trading activities across customer touchpoints, from emails to merchandising.
Harness e-commerce functionality for smarter trading and growth.
Use data strategically to enhance response, acquisition, and profitability.
Manage marketing budgets effectively in alignment with trading strategy.
Constantly optimise day-to-day trading performance.
Streamline processes and workflows, exploring AI where applicable.
Collaborate on product launches and stock management.
Contribute ideas for growth and seize commercial opportunities.
Enhance trading activity for commercial success and efficiency.
Coach and manage product marketing and marketing teams.
