Sellick Partnership is currently assisting an organisation in Sunderland with the recruitment of a Product Owner. This is a permanent opportunity, with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days onsite and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities of the Product Owner include:

• Prioritise and manage the product backlog, define user stories, and ensure alignment with the overall business objectives
• Establish and communicate a clear vision and road map for Copilot, Microsoft 365, and Atlassian, aligned with business goals
• Partner with vendors, security, infrastructure, EUC, and service teams to ensure seamless product development and deployment
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment
• Deliver documentation and training, manage upgrades, and foster a culture of ongoing enhancement

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• A degree (or equivalent) in computer science or a related field is preferred, along with certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or Microsoft
• hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 suite, including Copilot
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• Background in service management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement
