We are looking for multiple Product Owners to join our George.com team.
As a Product Owner, you will support the George.com Product Manager in defining and executing product strategy, vision, and roadmap across key platforms and integrations. The role involves managing a prioritised backlog, ensuring system performance, and using user feedback, business needs, and data to drive decisions, with a focus on improving user experience, adoption, and overall product performance.
This is a hybrid role with an expectation of being in either one of our offices - Asda House in Leeds or George House in Lutterworth - 3 days per week.
Occasional travel between the two locations will be necessary as part of this role.

Product Knowledge - Ability to develop deep understanding of the product, its capabilities, limitations, and user base. Leverages this knowledge to advise stakeholders and make informed decisions.
Problem Solving - Applies logical thinking and analytical skills to identify root causes, evaluate options, and deliver effective solutions.
Data Analysis - Interprets data from multiple sources (quantitative and qualitative) to uncover trends, support prioritisation, and validate product decisions.
Customer obsessed – be uncompromising in a customer-led approach. Focused on delivering a quality outcome always, with our customer at the forefront.
Continuous Improvement and Curiousity – Proactively seeking ways to improve, be that in your product, through ways of working or any opportunities you spot to improve efficiency and outcomes.
A Strong Communicator – You should have confidence speaking to a wide array of stakeholders and partners. Using strong written communication in your story and epic writing.
Be comfortable with changing workloads and priorities – we are a fast-paced retail business where no two days are the same.
