Product Owner - Claims - London Market Insurance

A leading Insurance firm is looking to hire a Senior Product Owner to be responsible for implementing, maintaining and championing Claims systems, working closely with the global Claims teams. You will initially focus on continuing the implementation of the a Reinsurance Claims system and several priority initiatives across numerous jurisdictions, while working with colleagues across Technology and Operations, along with managing the existing services and products in partnership with global teams.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Have proven track record in working with a Claims function
• Insurance experience is essential
• Have strong communication and collaboration skills
• Have experience working with or in Agile teams
• Ability to influence the direction and thinking of team members
• Strong teamwork, co-ordination, organisation and planning skills
• Ability to understand complex requirements and own proposing technical solutions
• Ability to understand strategic needs whilst focusing on the customer
