Product Quality Non-Conformance Engineer - 3636-1

As a trusted partner to the Ministry of Defence, we are seeking a Product Quality Non-Conformance Engineer to drive quality excellence, investigate product non-conformances, and support continuous improvement across complex engineering programmes. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer product non-conformances, ensuring effective containment and resolution.

Support manufacturing teams with frontline quality assurance and non-conformance management.
Lead shop floor non-conformance reviews, escalating quality concerns as needed.
Carry out operational surveillance to ensure compliance with manufacturing and quality standards.
Monitor certification across manufacturing areas to maintain process adherence.
Perform Gemba Walks and as-built verification checks to confirm product quality and compliance.
What do you need?:

Experienced Quality Inspector/Engineer with relevant work experience
Working knowledge of SAP
Good planning and organising skills to ensure multiple tasks are prioritised and monitored to deliver set objectives
Highly self-motivated and demonstrate a determination and persistence to deliver results despite obstacles and setbacks

This job is at our client's site in Bolton facility, one of the North West's leading manufacturing sites for at least 25 years. The facility offers showers and bike racks and is near the motorway, with a petrol station outside. Amenities like an onsite canteen.
