A fast-growing automotive brand with global ambitions is seeking a Product Reporting Manager to lead performance reporting and data analysis across its UK Product function. About the Role

As Product Reporting Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing a suite of reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators across the product lifecycle. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, automate reporting processes, and provide insights that shape product strategy and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and strategic reporting initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in reporting, analytics, or product operations—ideally within the automotive or EV sector.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with JATO Dynamics, MVRIS, and NCBS is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
