Product Specialist

We are now recruiting a Product Specialist on behalf of our client, a premium franchise-approved car dealership in Bristol. This is an excellent Product Specialist opportunity for an enthusiastic individual seeking to develop a career in the automotive sales sector with a renowned and expanding brand.

Basic salary of £29,741 per annum

45-hour work week: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm, and Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm, with a day off in lieuDuties of a Product Specialist:

Listening to customers to identify their vehicle requirements and help them select the appropriate model
Assisting the marketing team by photographing stock vehicles
Preparing the showroom and cars each morning to ensure presentation standards are maintained
Organising and accompanying customers on test drives as a Product Specialist
Developing in-depth knowledge of the vehicle range and manufacturer specifications
Supporting the sales team through product presentations and customer engagement to enhance the customer experienceRequirements of a Product Specialist:

Excellent communication skills with active listening ability
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Strong desire to learn and progress within the automotive industry
Valid UK driving licence with minimal penalty points
Enthusiasm for the automotive sector, particularly electric vehicle development, is desirableThis role offers a structured career progression from Level 1 to fully qualified Car Sales Executive within 2-3 years, supported by ongoing training and development.
