Partnering with my client, a leading UK investment management firm on the newly created role. They are looking for a driven junior candidate to join their London-based team. This is a high-profile role supporting the firm’s US Equity strategies across marketing, communications, and business development.

As Product Specialist, you’ll act as a bridge between fund managers, sales teams, and clients. You’ll ensure consistent messaging, timely updates, and effective marketing support, while contributing to broader investment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• • Represent and support US Equity fund managers across internal and external communications
  • Maintain and enhance marketing materials in collaboration with DTP
  • Deliver timely strategy updates and market insights to distribution and sales teams
  • Present at weekly/monthly sales meetings and support client engagement
  • Assist RFP and marketing teams with fund updates and ad hoc queries
  • Liaise with the stewardship team to ensure aligned messaging
  • Contribute to the wider Investment Directing Team and firm-wide initiatives

Essential experience

• • 2 years+ relevant experience within investment management – RFP, sales support, investor relations
  • Strong technical knowledge of investments and financial markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven relationship-building ability across teams and with clients
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset
