This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market leader in the catering equipment sector, known for innovation, quality, and customer excellence. As a key part of the team, you'll play a crucial role in managing product data, driving the new product introduction process, and supporting internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Enhance and maintain accurate product data across digital platforms
• Be the go-to contact for product-related queries from the sales team
• Drive and manage the New Product Request Process
• Support purchasing and cross-functional teams to move the business forward
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure product information is accurate and timely

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Confident communicator with a detail-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A good understanding of Excel is essential
• Proactive and deadline-driven approach
