Description

• Develop and maintain product specifications to ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate product samples and address manufacturing issues.
• Alongside the design team, create blocks, and have a in depth understanding of fit and pattern.
• Conduct product assessments and implement improvements based on performance standards.
• Ensure all products align with regulatory requirements and industry benchmarks.
• Work closely with the design and buying teams to bring new products to market successfully.
• Manage quality control processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare documentation for product testing and certification purposes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams regarding product-related queries.

Profile

A successful Product Technologist should have:

• Strong knowledge of jersey fabric and fit across womenswear, girlswear and baby.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and compliance.
• Be a strong link between the Bangladesh team, the design and buying teams.
• Experience working with suppliers and managing product specifications.
• A background in a technical, scientific, or engineering-related discipline.
