Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to telephone, email, and other correspondence.
• Perform eligibility checks to ensure applications meet criteria for Product Transfers.
• Prepare and send end-of-product-term notifications via letter and email.
• Support brokers by chasing application submissions.
• Manage legal documentation with precision and attention to detail.
• Liaise effectively with internal departments throughout the application journey.
• Allocate emails and cases efficiently to appropriate team members.
• Review Signed Offers and Direct Debit Mandates for accuracy.
• Handle post-completion enquiries with solicitors and borrowers.
• Maintain and update internal spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity.
