Product Transfer Specialist

PURPOSE

Keystone Property Finance is an established Buy-to-Let Lender with a strong brand identity and over 25 years of experience in the UK mortgage market.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our Product Transfer team. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment towards important deadlines and adapt their priorities to achieve great results.

Although not essential for applying, basic mortgage/financial industry experience, or experience within a sales environment will benefit the chosen candidate when starting this role.

Key Responsibilities

People Related Tasks

• Act as the first ‘port of call’ with any queries on all product transfer, product transfer plus and product switch mortgage applications


• Provide timely, accurate and appropriate responses to telephone calls/enquiries and any other correspondence


• Liaise with other departments within the business throughout the journey of the application


• Liaise with Mortgage Brokers, updating them on the progress of specific cases and seeking to resolve any queries that arise


• Liaise with solicitors to request completion documents required to progress a PT application.

Daily Operations

• Increase the product transfer pipeline by speaking with existing customers and providing reminders when their products are coming to an end and promote the advantages of the products


• Inputs, updates, and maintains data in both internal and external systems accurately reflecting the current stage of each case


• Manage own applications and deal with any relevant tasks


• Process the application in a timely manner to meet reversion deadlines


• Obtain updates on the mortgage applications to ensure that they are progressing smoothly from submission to completion


• Dealing with phone calls both incoming and outgoing


• Chasing outstanding documentation and information from mortgage brokers or on some occasion solicitors to progress the application


• Arranging valuations and liaising with valuers to arrange valuations and provide the reports


• Actioning and reviewing the final checks prior to completion of the application.
