Product Transformation & Adoption Specialist

Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in the office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm.

The Role

Tired of the weekly grind, endless email chains, and manual admin that steals hours out of your day? We’re building a team dedicated to fixing those exact frustration points across NEXT, and we need someone who actually knows how the product teams work to help us do it.

Sitting right at the heart of Product,  your core role is to partner directly with product teams, analyse how work gets done, and eliminate time-stealers and inefficient practices across the business.

Once you spot a problem, you get to figure out the fix:

• Is it an Asana workflow? You’ll learn to design streamlined, centralised processes and help build modern workflows in Asana to keep teams aligned.


• Is it an AI tool, tech build, or Product Ops fix? You’ll identify where AI or system developments can strip out repetitive work and collaborate with our partners in ops and tech to bring those tools to life.


• Is it a training gap? You’ll direct it to the right people or step in to train the team yourself.

You’ll own the journey end-to-end—from walking the floor and mapping current practices, to choosing the right solution mechanism, rolling it out, and supporting teams as they adopt better ways of working.

 

What You’ll Take On

• Review Ways of Working: Work closely with Product teams across all functions to map out end-to-end workflows, pinpointing bottlenecks and time-stealers.


• Drive Business improvement: Help replace outdated and silo’d practices with modern, consistent and best ways of working with flexibility for teams still considered.


• Build the Right Solution: Evaluate pain points to determine whether the fix is AI automation, an Asana workflow, a system development, or a gap in knowledge and therefore build the right training.


• Build & Configure Workflows: Learn about Asana’s capabilities to help build intuitive, standardised project environments when workflow solutions are required.


• Change & Enablement: Roll out new practices across departments, deliver hands-on training, create clear guides, and provide ongoing support to embed lasting change.
  
   

What You’ll Bring

• Main Range Product Experience: You’ve worked as an Assistant (or similar operational role) at NEXT, so you know the product lifecycle, critical paths, and cross-functional hand-offs inside out.


• Efficiency Mindset: You naturally look at operational practices and think, "How do we make this simpler, faster, and better for everyone?"


• Solution focussed: You aren't tied to one way of doing things; you have an open mind, you are excited by the different possibilities of how to make things better.


• Great Communicator: You can build trust with product teams, ask the right discovery questions, and guide people comfortably through change.
