Production Administrator

The Mixing Associate is responsible for preparing and blending raw materials in accordance with batch instructions to support efficient production. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, safety, and consistency, while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.

• Accurately weigh and mix raw materials following production formulas and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Operate mixing equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor mixing processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistency and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards
• Record batch information and process data accurately
• Handle material transfers, inventory tracking, and labelling
• Assist with routine maintenance and equipment checks

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety procedures
• Comfortable working with weights, measurements, and basic math
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data entry and communication
• Forklift experience is desirable but not essential (training can be provided)
• Physically capable of lifting materials and standing for extended periods
