Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
Salary: £13.20 per hour

We're currently looking to recruit two Production Administrators to join a busy and growing manufacturing business.

Available Positions:

Days Administrator: 7am - 4pm
Nights Administrator: 10pm- 7 am
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and has strong administrative and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Produce and maintain daily production reports and KPI data
Collect, analyse and input production information accurately
Support the production team with a range of administrative duties
Prepare documentation for production meetings
Monitor production data and highlight any discrepancies
Produce hourly reports and update relevant systems
Print production labels and maintain production records
Work closely with production and management teams to ensure accurate communication across departments
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
What We're Looking For

Previous administration experience, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Comfortable working with numbers, reports and production data
A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritise workloads
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
