We’re pleased to be supporting a growing manufacturing business in their search for a Production & Stores Supervisor to play a critical role in supporting and strengthening their dispatch and stores function. With increased business demands, this is a pivotal appointment designed to provide stability, drive process improvements, and prepare the team for future growth.

Main responsibilities include:

• Lead and support a small, dedicated team across goods in, stores and production
• Liaise with the Production Manager to ensure materials are available to meet targets
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency throughout operations
• Coordinate day-to-day tasks and ensure smooth workflows despite operational pressures
• Help implement improved inventory management as the business grows

We’re looking for Production & Stores Supervisors with the follow skills & experience:

• A background in high volume manufacturing with experience across stores and goods in
• A hands-on leader who can build team morale while keeping operations running smoothly
• Strong attention to detail and a natural drive for improvement
• Someone who’s resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn, even in high-pressure situations
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and keen to grow with the business
