Four Seasons Foods is a growing food manufacturer producing premium sweet and savoury sauces, fruit preparations, pie fillings and dessert toppings for customers and manufacturers across the UK. We pride ourselves on quality, flexibility and delivering outstanding service.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and play a key role in supporting our production and warehouse operations.

The Role

This is a hands on role where no two days are the same. You will support the business across multiple departments, helping to ensure samples and products are manufactured, stored and dispatched safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manufacture products in line with recipes, specifications and food safety standards.

* Prepare ingredients and operate production equipment.

* Complete production records accurately.

* Receive deliveries, manage stock and prepare customer orders.

* Pick, pack and load goods for dispatch.

* Maintain excellent hygiene, housekeeping and Health & Safety standards.

* Support Production, Warehouse, Hygiene and Dispatch teams as business needs require.

* Contribute to continuous improvement and always look for better ways of working.

* Has experience in food manufacturing or warehouse operations (preferred).

* Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

* Is reliable, organised and takes pride in their work.

* Is flexible, willing to learn and happy to support different areas of the business.
