Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00 (some flexibility available)

A growing manufacturing business in Hessle is seeking a hardworking and dependable Production Assistant to join its fast-paced production team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work and is looking to develop their skills in a stable and supportive environment.

The Role:

The Production Assistant will be responsible for carrying out a variety of manual tasks to support daily operations. These include washing materials, loading items into carriers and operating automated machinery.

The role also includes supporting basic product inspections, maintaining clear and accurate documentation, and contributing to workplace improvement initiatives.

The working environment is active and physically demanding, so a steady pace and hands-on approach are essential. While previous experience is beneficial, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
