Duties and Responsibilities:

The Production Worker is responsible for a variety of operations functions within the framework of company policies and procedures and in compliance of applicable regulations.

• Select the proper jars, sleeves, and lids for each job batch
• Ensure all labels are centered and that top labels are secured
• Ensure paperwork matches the job batch and corresponds with the labels used for the job batch
• Maintain car protocols, jars stacked no more than 3 high
• Correctly fill out production slips in a timely manner, ensure completed slips are received by the Production Supervisor
• Calibrate weighing scales for each job batch; ensure the scale has the capacity to measure the final jar weight
• Machine work – monitor and maintain the good working order of the machine, and its hoppers and droppers, to ensure jars are filled correctly and efficiently
• Be able to assist in other departments when needed

The Skills You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing – 1-2 years

Salary Range: $16 to $17 Hourly
