About the role:

To perform production related tasks required in daily operations within one of the manufacturing business areas.

Tasks may include:

·         soldering and inspection to ANSI-J STD/IPC610

·         mechanical and wiring assembly IPC620

·         kit preparation

·         bonding and coating.

·         testing of assemblies and sub-assemblies using Automated Test Equipment

some basic point to point wiring checks

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of two standard grades at C/3 pass or above, or previous electronics or mechanical assembly experience
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Basic PC skills
  • Quality focused, as we have a high emphasis on the importance of quality to the customer
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willing and able to travel to alternative site to your home site if required

Desirable

  • Previous electronics and mechanical assembly experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Organisational skills
