Job Description - Production Director

We are retained by a prestigious privately owned Developer to bring to the business an experienced and driven Director of production, to oversee and manage delivery of the company's portfolio of works throughout the Surrey, Sussex and South London region.

As production Director, you will be responsible for all delivery related matters including Pre Construction, Planning, Construction & design related matters working with the relevant parties and stakeholders both internally and externally.

We are keen to speak with applicants currently in a similar role, with either major national or regional developers, looking for an opportunity with a high growth and progressive company.

Requirements

It is likely that the successful applicant will have a minimum of five years in a similar position, and be living within the region. We would expect candidates to be qualified to BSc standard (or equivalent) and be used to driving high performing teams.
