Production Engineer

As a production engineer you will play a crucial role in combining custom-designed components and precision-engineered parts with your technical expertise to assemble, refine, and maintain our Jet Suit systems. Working closely with our engineering, events, and training teams, you’ll ensure every system meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and safety. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply hands-on engineering skills to real-world flight technology — helping turn visionary ideas into extraordinary achievements.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and test fly Jet Suits
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise.
• Document production processes and maintain records for compliance and improvement.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to transition prototype Jet Suit components into scalable production processes.

• Experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing tools.
• A passion for innovation and a keen interest in flight technology.

• Hands-On: There will be opportunities for you to test fly products and components that you have worked on (on our safe training system).
