Production Engineer – Miller

We’re looking for an experienced Production Engineer (Miller) to lead and optimise CNC milling operations. You’ll play a key role in improving production efficiency, tooling strategies, and quality across our precision engineering team.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and optimise CNC milling programs

Improve processes and cycle times

Select tooling to boost productivity

Lead lean manufacturing projects

Train and support CNC operators

What You’ll Need:

HND or equivalent experience

Strong CNC programming & CAD/CAM knowledge

Background in production or manufacturing engineering

Passion for continuous improvement and quality
