This is an exciting opportunity for a Production Engineer to take ownership of projects, working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery from design through to completion.

A flexible working pattern is offered, including every other Friday off and shortened hours on alternate Fridays, helping to support a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.

* Apply project management principles throughout the project lifecycle.

* Design, validate, and deliver engineered equipment solutions.

* Coordinate and manage suppliers and subcontractors.

* Prepare and maintain project documentation for client approval.

* Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure project objectives are achieved.

* Monitor technical, commercial, quality, and delivery performance.

* Support the successful completion of smaller project contracts as required.

* Promote a positive, safe, and professional working environment.

Skills & Experience Required

* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Project Engineering role.

* Essential HVAC project experience.

* HND or Degree in an engineering, manufacturing, or technical discipline.

* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong organisational and planning abilities.

* Good understanding of risk management.

* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and environments.

* Ability to balance customer expectations with business requirements.

Working Hours

* Monday to Thursday with flexible start times between 07:00 and 09:00 and finish times between 16:15 and 18:15. Week 1 includes Friday off. Week 2 includes a 4-hour Friday shift with flexible finish times between 11:00 and 13:00.
