Process Improvement

Improving production efficiency is a vital skill for Production Engineers to possess. Process improvement uses the engineer's abilities in engineering and manufacturing to identify unproductive areas of the production process. They can then develop solutions to address inefficiencies and help companies save time, money and resources.

Quality control

An important step of any manufacturing line is quality control. This is a method to test and review a product against a set of standards, ensuring it meets all criteria and is ready for sale.
