In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight of the Production and Manufacturing department, supporting NPI as well as Quality Checks and legacy products. You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of DFM and DFT procedures, seen as the technical point of contact for both customers and internal teams. Founded nearly 40 years ago, this well-established company, boasting an impressive reputation, is offering a fully autonomous role, with flexible working hours, alongside professional membership and qualification support? With a turnover of £50 million, they aim to continue dominating their niche sector for many years to come, operating out of multiple sites across the UK, selling their products worldwide. This role would suit a Production Manager or similar, coming from a background within the electronics Industry, ideally holding a Degree/HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Electronic Engineering.
