Site Based, commutable from Bournemouth, Poole, Ringwood, Blandford Forum, Verwood, Christchurch and surrounding areas.

This company are a UK based manufacturer at the forefront of their niche sector, working with a range of clients to provide bespoke solutions and due to the continued growth of the business they are looking for a skilled engineer who they can develop and take to the next stage of their career.

On offer is a Production Engineer position where you will play a key part in the Manufacturing process, working alongside department heads to lead the process and continuous improvements of their manufacturing and quality control processes.

This role would suit someone from a Manufacturing or Production background with a good knowledge of process and continuous improvements to manufacturing processes looking for the ability to progress their career and join a thriving growing business.

The Role:
*Lead Process, Production and Quality Improvement Processes within the business
*Collaborate with department heads to implement and develop systems and standards.
*Office based, 38 hours per week

The Person:
*From a Production / Manufacturing Background with a demonstratable knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvements, Quality Control etc.
*Looking for technical development into a niche sector
*Full UK Drivers License
