About the Company

Our client is a well-established manufacturer, global business supplying products globally in a variety of sectors. With a healthy order book and plans for continued growth, they are looking to bring in a motivated Production / Facilities Manager who is eager to grow with the company and make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading day-to-day production operations and facility management across the site
• Managing a small but expanding team (currently 3), including hiring, performance, and development
• Acting as site lead in the absence of the Operations Manager
• Overseeing the manufacture and preparation of products
• Working closely with suppliers to support ongoing supplier development
• Driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Taking a hands-on approach to leadership while supporting strategic growth plans

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in engineering or manufacturing
• Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams
• A proactive, “lead-by-example” mindset with a hunger to progress
