Salary: £50,854 + overtime + bonus (£55K–£60K potential)

Ready to lead in a state-of-the-art, fully automated plant?
We’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on Production Group Leader to take charge of a highly advanced 100-meter production line. You’ll work alongside experienced Team Leaders and Operators, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently met – and exceeded.

• Lead a team of 5–10 operators on a major production line

• Cover for the Shift Leader when required

• Drive safety standards, quality control, and efficient production practices

• Identify issues fast and troubleshoot in high-pressure environments

• Collaborate across shifts to ensure smooth operation

• Train and develop team members, building future leaders

• Minimum 2 years of leadership in a production or factory environment

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities

• Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement

• Confident dealing with team dynamics and conflict

• Ambition to progress – this is a role for someone looking to grow into Shift Leader and beyond

• Ideally HNC qualified and experienced in FMCG or similar

• Base Salary: £50,854

• Earning Potential: £55K–£60K+ with bonus & overtime

  • Weekday OT: 1.5x | Weekend OT: 2x

  • Additional weekend bonus (~£135 per weekend)

• Quarterly Bonus: Up to £3.5K/year

• Pension: 7.5% employer contribution
