Description

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest product standards.
• Coordinate with other team leaders to streamline processes and operations.
• Manage a team, promoting a positive and productive workplace.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to solve production-related problems.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure all team members adhere to them.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on production metrics and goals.
