A well-established manufacturer, supplying engineered solutions is looking for a Production Leader to support daily operations and team performance across one of its key production areas. You’ll be part of a high-performing team supporting critical industries including food, medical, energy, and automotive.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production operatives
Run daily structured meetings and communicate key performance metrics (SQCDP)
Drive continuous improvement and ensure timely, high-quality output
Maintain strong focus on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and people
Own team performance, coaching, and capability development
Escalate and resolve production issues swiftly and effectively

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership/supervisor experience in a manufacturing setting
Strong grasp of SQCDP, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing principles
Comfortable holding teams accountable to deliver results
Previous hands-on experience in panel wiring, crimping, or loom assembly is a bonus
Ambitious and committed to improving processes and team engagement

What’s On Offer:

£33,000 – £37,000 salary DOE
5% matched pension
