Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a modern, busy, and growing organisation for an experienced Production Line Feeding Operative to join their manufacturing team in Plymouth.

As a Production Line Feeding Operative, you will support production and assembly lines by supplying raw materials, components, and parts. Your primary goal will be to prevent downtime, maintain a smooth and continuous workflow, and ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety and quality standards.

Key Duties

Supply production and assembly lines with raw materials and components.

Monitor stock levels and prepare materials (kits) for upcoming production jobs.

Support machine operators by loading materials, clearing blockages, and assisting with changeovers.

Check materials for damage or defects before use.

Follow all health and safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.

Physically fit and able to lift heavy items, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in production line support, material handling, or stock replenishment is advantageous.

Good understanding of health and safety procedures and quality standards.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

What We Offer

£13.84 per hour.

Rotating shifts:

2 weeks: 6:00am - 2:00pm.

2 weeks: 2:00pm - 10:00pm.

Temporary to permanent opportunity.
