Who are we? We’re Matthew Walker, the oldest Christmas pudding maker in the world, and we need YOU to help lead our merry team to pudding perfection. If you’ve been smashing it on the production line and feel it’s time to take the leap into leadership, this could be your next big move!

Your mission (should you choose to accept it): 🧁 Lead a team of pudding perfectionists – Guide our talented production team to ensure every pudding is up to our legendary standards.

• Keep things ticking along smoothly – From ensuring ingredients are flowing to sorting out any hiccups, you’re the one with the plan.
• Make sure the machines are behaving – You don’t need to be a tech wizard, but keeping our equipment in line is key.
• Numbers matter! – Keep an eye on production targets, minimize waste (because who likes wasting pudding?), and help us meet our goals.

• Initiative: Ability to use your own initiative and actively participate in achieving team objectives.

• Can-Do Attitude: Approach work with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on challenges.

• Teamwork: Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to the achievement of team targets.

Shifts: Monday-Friday rotating- 7:30am-15:30pm

Salary: £27,195.48 per annum
