Production Line Operative

Wrexham Industrial Estate | Full Time | £12.71 per hour

Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 4:15pm (Fridays Off)

Role Overview

A local business on Wrexham Industrial Estate is looking for Production Line Operatives to join its manufacturing team. This role involves fitting seat covers onto bus seats by hand, requiring a high level of precision and attention to detail. You will work in a fast-paced production environment, helping to produce high-quality finished products while maintaining excellent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manually fit seat covers onto bus seats.

Carry out detailed hand-finishing work to achieve a high-quality finish.

Stretch, position and secure seat covers accurately.

*

Inspect completed products to ensure they meet quality standards.

*

Follow production schedules and work instructions.

*

Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.

*

Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.

*

Report any quality concerns or defects to the relevant supervisor.

Skills & Experience

Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.

*

Good manual dexterity and confidence working with your hands.

*

Excellent attention to detail and ability to carry out intricate, repetitive tasks.

Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.

Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.
