This role would suit an experienced Operative or Production Supervisor or similar with a manufacturing background, looking to have the freedom to be creative and drive services with a clear product vision and strategy.

THE ROLE:

• Production Supervision of PVC windows and doors
• Overseeing the section within the PVC production
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Spot trends in customer interactions and identify areas for improvement

THE PERSON:

• Experience in manufacturing production
• Experience with continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
