Production Line Operator

CREM Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Production & Warehouse Operative to join our well-established manufacturing client.

We're looking for a reliable, motivated, and personable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Previous production or warehouse experience is preferred, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Duties will include:

* Operating and monitoring busy production and packaging lines.

* Setting up and adjusting machinery to maintain efficient production.

* Packing products and preparing orders for dispatch.

* Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.

* Loading and unloading vehicles as required.

* Maintaining high product quality standards.

* Keeping production areas and equipment clean and organised.

* Working to production schedules and deadlines.

* Following all health and safety procedures.

* Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily production targets.

Hours & Pay:

* Full-time, permanent.

* Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:45pm

* Friday: 8:00am – 12:30pm

* £26,500 starting salary with a bonus scheme taking OTE to £27,500.

Personal Specification:

* Previous experience in production, warehousing, packing, or manufacturing is preferred but not essential.

* Good attention to detail and a positive attitude.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

* Full UK driving licence required.
