Production Manager

My client are a dynamic and charming non-food FMCG business currently going through an exciting period of expansion. Due to head increase, they are currently seeking a Production Manager to join their team based in Uxbridge.

This role is office-based

The Role

• Manage end to end production process across product lines
• Coordinate with UK & International suppliers
• Cost-effective manufacturing practises
• Monitor production schedules
• Oversee inventory and stock-levels
• Resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain strong relationships
• Lead & develop internal production team

The Candidate

• Proven production or manufacturing management
• Experience with product safety standards for children's products or similar categories
• Microsoft proficiency
• Experience and understanding of supply-chain
