As our business continues to expand, we’re searching for a Production Manager to run our Production team at our Farnborough HQ.

This is a full-time, permanent role that offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of a creative, fast-growing company. If you’re an ambitious self-starter with a passion for delivering top-notch service, this role is perfect for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a team of 2-3 Production Technicians ensuring all Production is being completed on time, to the desired standard.
• Oversee all production within the company, including;
  • Stand framework (cutting aluminium extrusion)
  • Woodwork (cutting on the CNC machine, table saw, track saw, assembly of basic units)
  • Print & application (wrapping semi-rigid substrates)
  • Signage – CNC-cut lettering, wrapping, application of LED lighting
  • Liaising with third-party fabricators for bespoke metalwork, woodwork, and print requirements
• Manage stock levels of sheet materials, fixings, consumables etc, placing timely stock orders
• Work with the Operations Manager to track and manage performance of the Production Technicians, providing feedback in the form of 1-2-1s, appraisals, and implementing training plans where required
• Regularly review processes, techniques, supplier relationships, tools and equipment, ensuring optimal use of space, staff and resources

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone with experience in woodworking / assembly (desired but not essential)
• Someone with experience of managing teams and scheduling work
• Someone with good computer literacy, who is able to manage stock levels through online ERP platforms
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Someone who has confidence under pressure and a passion for delivering great results.

Salary £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
