With the company having a successful track record, they are expanding and wanting to bring in a seasoned Production Manager or even a Production Supervisor / Team Leader that is looking for the next stage in their career.

What's involved for the Production Manager…

• Allocate staff effectively to meet production demands
• Reduce costs while maintaining high quality
• Continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure team follows standard procedures and company policies for health & safety
• Streamline and document production processes
• Troubleshoot daily issues and resolve root causes
• Prepare performance reports and participate in monthly reviews
• Collaborate with operations to boost manufacturing efficiency
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions for assembly areas
  

What you'll need…

• Production Manager / Team Leader or Supervisor experience in production manufacturing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving mindset
• Able to lead, train, and motivate teams effectively
• Good knowledge of logistics and stock management
• Solid understanding of a manufacturing process
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems

This is a Full time, permanent Production Manager role, working Monday to Friday 40 hours basic per week.
