Our client, an established metal manufacturer specialising in fabricated components near Walsall is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join their team. Working with their range of Fabrication Machinery you will ensure quality components are being produced efficiently.

Troubleshoot Workshop issues
Manage and monitor manufacturing processes
Implement continuous improvement strategies

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Previous experience leading a team
Proven expertise at optimising manufacturing processes
Great knowledge of fabrication machinery including lasers, CNC machines, welding and presses
