Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Production Oversight: Manage daily manufacturing operations, optimising productivity and ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Planning & Scheduling: Develop production plans that align with customer demand and resource availability.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve outstanding performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to ensure all products meet rigorous standards and regulatory requirements.
• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate labour, materials, and equipment to maximise output and minimise waste.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs while increasing product quality.
• Health & Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, downtime, and quality metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in a production management role, in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• The ability to analyse data and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
