An industry leader in textile, workwear, and laundry services is investing millions into its flagship Leicester plant — and we’re looking for a Production Manager to help lead that transformation.

As Production Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a motivated team to deliver high-quality service on time, in full (OTIF). Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading improvement forums and quality circles to boost performance and efficiency

• Managing KPIs, analysing data, and implementing strategic improvements

• Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence

• Maintaining environmental responsibility across production processes

• Driving productivity and cost-effectiveness within your department

• Strong production management experience, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments

• A data-driven, quality-focused mindset

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to influence, motivate, and manage team performance (including SMART objectives)

• Proficient IT skills (MS Office, including Excel, Project, and PowerPoint)

• £42,000 per annum + 10% performance bonus
