This company are industry leaders within food manufacturing, and supply to blue chip companies nationwide. As a result of continued growth, the company are now looking to add to their specialist production team to cover the night shift.

In this highly varied role, you will be responsible for the production department as well as taking the lead on key operational issues, reporting directly to senior management.

This position would suit someone with leadership experience within production or manufacturing, looking to take the next step in their career within a rapidly growing company with brilliant culture and company ethos.

The Role:

• Liaising with senior management on operations
• Ensure production departments proceedings run smoothly
• Night Shift (13:00 - 00:00 / 16:45 - 03:45)

The Person:

• Production / manufacturing leadership experience
• ERP System experience desirable
• Commutable to Ashford
