Excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to join a fast-growing food manufacturing business, taking on a key leadership role with long-term progression and influence over multiple sites.

This expanding and ambitious food manufacturer is growing rapidly and investing in both infrastructure and leadership, creating an exciting opportunity for a driven Production Manager to step in and help shape operational excellence across the business.

As a Production Manager, you'll oversee three sites and lead a small team including site supervisors and a technician, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. You'll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining standards, and supporting and implementing improvements to sights.

This is a vital role as the company continues to scale, offering long-term progression and the chance to become a central figure in their future success.

This position would suit a motivated and hands-on Production Manager from a food or meat processing background, looking to take the next step in their career with a company that values leadership, commitment, and growth.

The Role:

• Working between 3 manufacturing sites (Monday to Friday, 5am-5pm)
• Managing a team of site supervisors and one technician, reporting to the Operations Manager
• Ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and supporting sight improvements
  

The Candidate:

• Understanding LEAN manufacturing tools
• Background in Food Processing Ideally meat processing
• Understanding of HACCP standards
• Full UK Driving licence
