Description

Production Manager your responsibilities are;

• Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing department to enhance processes.
• Lead, train, and motivate the production team for improved performance.
• Analyse production data and generate reports for senior management.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Address and resolve operational challenges to minimise downtime.
